Product Management is for everyone

I started Pademy to give back to the world what I learned throughout my career, after realizing how much opportunity I had growing up and how privileged I have been compared to many of my peers.

When I was in high school, I had no idea what product management was and never even heard of the role. Even after college (which I was very fortunate to attend), I didn’t really understand what the point of product manager was and didn’t consider it as a career. However, due to some fortunate and unexpected series of events, I was put into a product manager role early on.

Throughout the years, one of the most important lesson I learned working as a product manager across multiple companies is that anyone has the potential to become a product manager, if he or she truly is passionate about it. As many things in life, it’s a skill anyone can pick up given enough time, and the earlier you start, the better.

Our vision at Pademy is not to teach students something completely irrelevant or out of grasp. We want to help students discover their passion and guide them towards the right path if there’s an alignment.
