Product Management can be for everyone
At Pademy, we believe that anyone can become product managers with the right mindset and training regardless of age or degree. Our goal is to bring awareness of the product manager role as early as possible and teach what it takes to become a successful product manager
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching product management to underserved high school students. All mentorship and classes are completely free.
Introduction to Product Management
Most students are not even aware what product management means or what a product manager does. We’ll help introduce the role of a product manager, which has an average salary of around $110,000 USD in the United States and why the role is important in an organization. This session will especially useful if you’re evaluating whether you’d enjoy being a product manager or not as a career.
Learning and Mentoring
Our product management mentors will help provide hands-on guidance to help introduce you to the day to day of a product manager and educate you with the necessary skills to develop successful skills to become a product manager.
A Community with Passion
We serve a community of thousands of underserved high school students across the country and help them connect with each other to reach their goals. Expect passionate conversations about product management or anything that drives you like songwriting, sports, reading! We welcome diversity and find that interacting with others is a very useful skill for product managers.
